I ordered mine in July, and just called to follow up for the second time (I called about 1 month ago and was told it was "on its way.") Evidently, the printing company shipped the orders this year, and they lost over 1500 orders! I was told that they don't know who didn't get their rule book until the person calls. I guess mine was an order that was lost--they are sending it out this week.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up... Give USFSA a call at 719.228.3419 if you are still waiting on your rule book...
