Backwards rockers?
Does anyone have any tips? I can do the forward outside and inside rockers well, but the backwards ones are all kinds of awkward. Thanks!

big knee bend before & after, w/ a definite rise over the turn. I practice them in power pulls & have to really focus on not watching my feet in fascination!

Use a line on the ice the blue to the dots that line up down the axis of the ice. It is a huge knee bend deep edge into a 3 turn and out like a bracket. Make sure how you enter and how you exit are symetrical (SP!) start shallow and build to deep doing them slowly at first. I took a long time on my back ones but they are very easy once you just get the hang of them.
