On a similar theme, skaternum:
This morning, during our holiday program, we do spirals (me: RBO: Loops, LFO) into the axel lift. Well, I was concentrating so hard on getting this lift up and running (where has my strength gone?!), that Loops had to warn me: "Um, you're heading straight into the boards!" Of course I was thinking, "Well, technically, it is YOU who'll be running into the wall." I was able to change course and put her down without incident.

Skaternum -
The flying pair camel like a catch waist, but you jump/fly into it. We three turned into it like a usual back camel.
Starskate6.0 - looking forward to seeing you.

Flo--for touching the right hand to the left knee, are you talking during a solo camel spin, or a pairs camel spin? If you mean a solo spin, do you mean during the entire spin (entry and spin) or just once you've hit the camel position?

Thanks!

Hi Mika,
It's for solo spins. I touch my knee as long as it takes to get the correct position. When I first started doing this it was for the entire spin.
