The disciplines I participate in include freestyle (Intermediate level), dance (Pre-Golds), and synchro (Open-collegiate). I also coach group and private lessons.

My average skating day goes something like this:
4:30-5:45 a.m. = wake up and drive to rink
6:00-6:15 a.m. = run a half mile on the rink's track for synchro off-ice
6:30-7:30 a.m. = synchro practice (on ice)
7:30-8:30 a.m. = either a freestyle or dance lesson followed by practice
9:00-1:00 p.m. = intern at the magazine I'm working for
2:30-3:30 p.m. = back on ice just to practice
3:30-5:30 p.m. = coaching

Don't forget the mixed in with skating and coaching is interning, classes at my university, and homework. Ahhh, busy-busy...
