Gold : First good day on the ice in 3 weeks.. had a good day landed most of my jumps My solo work has come back to life again at least for the day . "Pairs" ... Yes im doing an interp pair number with my first partner, Can't dance or do pairs but we are doing this for Peach....
Its going great and a lot of fun... The program is progessing. It will be a first for both of us.

Lead: Hurt again, another groin injury for me so the training is toned down a bit. spinning still a struggle.

On the bright side, Im looking forward to Oberstdorf , not so much for the skating but to meet new people and old friends and be a tourist for a week.
