What did you learn in Learn to Skate?

Ok,I've asked you what you passed. Now it's time to tell me what you LEARNED in Learn to Skate. I myself learned my Marching Steps,my Swizzles, how keep my feet straight (though I can't do it too well,I was taught that),how to lift one foot off the ice holding the wall.how to fall, as well as got away from the wall and how to balance. Anyone else?

There is a list of what people learn in the Skate UK classes here; it goes on to tell you what's wanted for the Passports, and then the various national levels.

I learned how to skate backwards and how to do forward and back crossovers. The forward ones looked like I was walking up stairs sideways in the beginning. They were so bad. LOL
