I'm going to be vacationing in Halifax later this month, and would like to take my skates (they haven't ben on a vacation in a while). Are there any rinks available?

I am going there for 8 hours 1 day early next week; it is part of a cruise stop. Given the short amount of time and the fact that I don't know how close the port is to a rink, I don't think I will be skating!
I don't suppose anyone here skates at the Chelsea Piers ice rink? We go to New York at the tail end of the trip and I was contemplating trying to get some ice time in then.
