Skate Canada: Junior Bronze Freeskate test elements

Hi all...

Friend's daughter is doing her Jr. Bronze freeskate (canada) on Tuesday. wish I could remember all the elements, [not to mention how to explain them] but I don't and lets just say the test paper doesn't exactly refresh the memory... and I don't own a rulebook...her coach has told her...but I could see how a little list would be helpful....

anyone who knows, feel free to post the list here, or PM me,and she can have a look....

Cheers all

There are the stroking exercises of course .... 4 of them, all perimter stroking, with edge going down the side (FO, FI, BO, BI, hence 4 stroking exercises), and crosscuts at ends.

Jumps: flip, lutz, axel or walley, and a split jump

Combos: Sal/Toe and a Loop/Loop

Spins: Backspin, a flying spin, and a combo spin w/ 2 positions NOTE: Change of foot is optional

Filed Moves: Back spiral, outside OR inside

As for the program: The program must have 4 different jumps of at least 1 rotation and 2 different spins
