Training Routines.

I'm very curious to see the different training of the skaters and their clubs.. I know that i just moved clubs and their training is totally different.

We have to be at the rink 20 minutes before we get on the ice .If we are not there on time then we have to do 10 minutes of stroking. We have to be in the dressing room 10 minutes before we get on the ice. We have to be well streched out and run two laps around the arena. Then we have to get our solos played before 15 minutes is up. ( For example if we get on the ice at 12:00 then we have to have our solo in line by 12:15) If we don't then we have to do another freeskate. We ahev two freeskates a day and then and office training with a personal trainer whether it be areobics or cardio or stretch. We also have skills and dance for people working on skills or dance.
