TWO Gold Medals! (against the book ;-)

Hi everyone! I did fairly well at my ISI debut and won both of my events! Of course they were against the book, but I did succeed with FS2 and Dance 3. I was sad that I was the only person that skated dance at all.

I hope everyone else is doing equally well!!

Now my next conquest will be my pre-bronze freestyle and my first 3 or 4 dances.

Hugs everyone!
Danielle

Congratulations! IMO it is an accomplishment to compete at all, and certainly a worthwhile experience.

That's excellent! Well done you. You know, of course, that even when you skate "Against the Book", they don't give Gold medals unless they feel you deserve it.

Well Done!

I would be thrilled to win a gold medal, you must have skated really well!

I have a competition next Monday, and I've just found out there are only 4 people in it including me, so whatever happens I'll beat my best placing of 5th in an open competition.

Good Luck to everyone who is competing.

You go, girl!!!! Congratulations!!!

Yep, they don't give gold for mediocre performances, so you must have been good.
