After a 4 1/2 year hiatus from ice dance lessons (did some freestyle, some just goofing off, lots of coaching), I'm going back! Called my old coach this weekend, made an appointment to be fitted for new skates over Christmas, & will be starting in January some time!
I've been wanting to do this for a couple of years but didn't have the money....still don't have a lot (will be having a lesson only every other week), but it's just time. I've been coveting that last silver dance for a long time, & am ready to tackle the pre-golds! I'm not getting any younger & need to do this before my body starts to betray me....
