SCNY Winter Classic Announcement

The annual SCNY Winter Classic will be held at Sky Rink again this year on February 15, 2003. Entry forms aren't out yet, but will be posted at http://www.thescny.org/events.html when available. Last year they offered all adult levels, broken into age groups when there were enough people, including a very restricted Pre Bonze event and solo dance, so there's pretty much an event for everyone. They also had a young adult category.

This is most likely going to be my first adult competition. I'll be Silver I. Any one else thinking about coming?

I'll think about it, but I need to learn more first. Actually, I need to know what level I am! I'm not sure...I've just started taking tests, and my first competition will be in December, but it's ISI, not USFSA, so I'm not sure of my level. I'll check.

I doubt I'll be ready to compete, but I will be sure to go to the competition, as a spectator or volunteer, if they're needed.
