Ok fellow Skaters!!!! I want to ask you all today to flash back o when you first became a skater,and please te me what the very first competition was by name that you eve competed in,and what you placed in that competition.

Wow. I remember my program, it was to the music from the tv show Beauty and the Beast. I think it was in Fairfax, Virginia and I placed first. I loved having the ice to myself!

It was Bracknell Adult Open in around 1997, I think. We will not discuss what I skated like.... but it was fun!

That's funny, Bracknell adult open was my first competition too! But some 12 years later! :lol:

A Basic 2 'President's Day' competition. There was only one other girl in Basic 2 and we tied for first. I did half swizzle pumps, two foot turns, snowplow stop, and I believe some other elements but I don't remember now. Ah, the good old days without spins or evil salchows. 8O

An artistic skate. I wasn't even last - someone else dropped out of comp, lol, she was last. :twisted:
