Would you want to be a Pairs Skater or an Ice-Dancer?

Ok,we haven't done this thread in a while. So I want to ask everyone today. If you could...would you want to be a Pairs Skater or an Ice-Dancer? You need not be a Skater to answer this. I chose "BOTH". As I would love to DO both. But if you have one you'd rather do...then fell free to mark it. Ok people...GO!!!!

I'd rather do pairs over ice dance because I love thought of being lifted and thrown around. Also in ice dance you need a lot of facial emotion along with body emotion and i'm kind of shy, so I don't think I'd be able to do all the dramatic stuff.

but
most assuredly! you'd need to be a VERY-secure skater, to get any of these Air-borne :lol:

We have been dancing on ice for many years now; we've also played with pairs, but would only really compete in Interpretive classes as our side-by-side skills aren't good enough. So I voted "both".

I would LOVE to have been a pairs skater. Now I'd just like to be a good enough skater that I could be an ice dancer.

I wouldn't pick either one! LOL! I'm too much of a freestyler.
