Cheap Practice Skirts

These might not be to everyone's taste, but they are remarkably cheap.
Basically, they're cheer leader skirts.

I got some very similar tennis skirts at Target for $20. They had matching zip ups, too! So cute. And the skirt wasn't too short for my taste.
