The PSA Conference is holding on ice seminars at this rink next week. Can anyone tell me if it's exceptionally cold or warm there? I know I'll be standing around on ice no matter what, but if it's going to be freezing anyway, I'd like to be prepared.

It's average. Not freezing, not warm. but since you're standing around a lot, be prepared for the worst!
