Who here lifts and and who here gets lifted when they skate

Say,I know we've talked about this before. But I just wondered what majority of skaters who are lifters and liftees we have here?

None of the above. I skate singles, do only compulsory dances (where there is no lifting), and my synchro team is not at a level where lifts are allowed. I would guess that's going to be true for most of us on this board.

Being the woman, I get lifted in ice dance and in such pairs as we do (very little). But I don't care for it much and we have no lift in our free dance this year; they are not compulsory at our level, and the couple who won all the free dances at our level last year didn't have one - they didn't need it!

I just started with a new partner and we are working on mid level lifts off and on the ice but I need to get back in condition for overheads again as I haven't done them for a few years but was doing overheads (drape, sit lift etc) before that with my last partner so will be working to that again
