Daria Classen's Warm-Up Video

Hi! Does anyone have Daria Classen's "Warm-Up Video for Figure Skating"? I just bought it from Rainbo and watched it prior to doing the run-through. Aside from the goofy percussion, it seems to be a worthwhile workout.

Just wanted to post an update in case someone searches for info about the video in the future.

I recommend it highly, particularly for people who have little/no pilates and yoga experience. At 20 minutes it's the idea length. The production quality is very, very good. Most important, I've noticed a difference in my back crossovers and I'm more confident in my spirals.
