For those who have not yet sent their forms, Shannon wanted to make the following request:

Please advise people not to send them certified. I am not home to receive them, and have to make the time to drive across town to my neighborhood post office and stand in line to get them. Because I don't do this on a daily basis, one has already been lost. The pink slip was left in my box, but they couldn't find the envelope when I went to get it. Delivery confirmation is fine.
