Rinks in Seattle??

We'll be in downtown Seattle from NYE for a few days. DD would like to go skating if possible while we're there. Can anyone tell me where the rinks are and whether they'll be open over that time?? (our rink here in Australia closes between X-mas and New Year)

We'll be staying in Yale Avenue Seattle if that's any help for closest places.
We won't have a hire car (well at this stage) so will be relying on taxi cabs and/or public transport.

Highland Ice Arena in north Seattle will probably be your closest rink. You can get there by bus from downtown.
