FYI, I responded to Kelly Rippon's e-mail and learned that these individual follow-up sessions she's offering are for FREE. She said she felt badly when she got the feedback that some skaters didn't get what they'd expected out of it, and she wanted everyone to walk away happy. She didn't see a way to effectively link her concepts to skating in a way that would be meaningful to all different types of skaters, so she saw the individual sessions as the only way to deliver that. So if you were at the Ice House camp last weekend, feel free to e-mail Kelly and let her know you're interested in some mental training for your skating! kelly@authenticchange.com
