That's INCREDIBLE!
I can see leg wrap for some of the multi-revolution wind up for kicks. I'll bet they borrowed that from skating.
Think of doing that continuously for a 4:30 minute program! Whew!

The one that looks like a normal skating jump is actually an off-ice double loop if you watch it in slow motion. :)
I've seen skaters do axels and single jumps done off-ice, but never a double loop.

Yep, a loop is a different animal.
Here's a good example of a multi-revolution off-ice axel. Wish I could do that...

My coach has us do all the doubles off-ice to work on technique. The 2loop is the easiest, actually, and is a great warm up before getting your skates on.

At the start of this, she does a double axel off ice! There's also a 10 year old roller skater on youtube, who does an off ice double axel.

Only thing that makes me kind of want to be a man--all that sproingy fast-twitch muscle. I am definitely a girl in that department--all slow-twitch and endurance (has its advantages, yes). Jealous of the girl who could do a 2A off-ice. Kulik's off-ice 3axel (was that 3 or 2? stupid me couldn't tell) is amazing. I guess that's not surprising, 'cause his on-ice 3A is gorgeous.
The numchuck guy just makes me think of Napoleon Dynamite and his supposed numchuck "skillz."
