Well it's been 12 weeks, and today I finally got back on the ice for about 45 minutes. I am only allowed to do stroking for the first 2 weeks but it's a lot easier than walking. As I sit here, it's starting to feel a little more tired, but I still have pilates and physical therapy to go. I didn't fall, but I certainly laughed a lot.

Great to hear that you're back Leslie! Now take your time getting the ice under your feet again.

Welcome back into the rink Leslie!!! Take it VERY easy and do what the doctors say. You'll be back doing jumps in no time and you'll be (relatively) pain free...

Yes, to me stroking around on the ice is easier than walking. Don't ask me why...

Glade you've rejoined the world of addicted ice junkies. Welcome back! Remember you don't want to OD on the ice just yet. Get your ice fixes in small amounts to start out. ROTFLOL
