Well I am having troubles with my double toe and double loop.
I had them down pat, but then I started trying too hard.
Well thats what my coach said.
So now I am over rotating both of them by half of a rotation.
Which is really agravating.
I cant seem to relax while doing them.
DOes anyone have any suggestions?

Sounds to me like you're ready to start learning triples!

hmm, over-rotation is not something i ever had a problem with while earning those lol.

It really helps to take a break for a while from those jumps and work on them off-ice.
Sometimes if you think through it too much you throw yourself off. Just relax and let your muscle memory do it for you.

Work on the single jumps...make sure you are not over-rotating them.

Check out hard - it will help you to know where you are in the air and in the jump.

Thanks everyone.
I will be sure to try those.
But i am not too sure about the triple idea, i am only wokring on my double flip.
But thanks anyways.

It might help if you focus on lifting the knee of your free leg when you're in the air. That will make your leg position a little less tight and also make it easier to check out before you land.

Should I go fast or slow into these jumps?

for me, going faster usually increases my chances of sucess especially on a jump i don't have consistent.

Interesting beach babe. I do find it much harder to do an axel from a standstill - the way many (not mine thankfully) coaches teach.
