Figure Skating Dresses

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that they shop on (offline). Mail order and telephone order. Im looking for a dress, but my mom doesnt want to use her credit card, so I was wondering if you knew of any websites that you could order a dress without paying directly online. Or if you know any reliable websites that you've ordered on, it would help so much.

There are a bunch of links on Skateweb (www.frogsonice.com/skateweb); select Pro Shop and scroll down.

Many of the shops that include phone numbers will allow a buyer to call to make payment or discuss fitting options, etc.

You can order over the phone from any online store and give your credit card information that way (or they may allow you to pay by check ahead of time).
But in any case, your mom shouldn't be so worried about using her credit card online. I have shopped online just about every week for the past 4-5 years and have never had a single problem. You just need to make sure that the web address that shows at the top of your screen starts with "https" instead of "http" before entering your credit card information. And if something does get charged that she didnt' authorize, all she has to do is call up her credit card company and tell them she didn't buy it and they will cancel the charge.

well on ebay some sellers have other payment methods like sending a check.


Otherwise online credit cards are relally the only option. Maybe you should check if your pro shop sells some dresses, that way you get to try them on also.
