Can you believe this-only one ice cut and the practice ice/warmup is at the beginning???? Look where the Freeskate/Adult events are, just preceding the ice cut......darn. All-in-all, not too bad for our first competition, as they did include hockey stuff.

Ok guys, if you have any USFSA Learn-To-Skate programs at your rink, and you aren't too far away, plan on attending this next year. Just shoot me an email next March and I will fill you in. I won't be skating in it next year, I'll be helping out. The medals for this year a heavy like the comp in Bowie. Cool!
I guess it's a learning process. It's the first year that we've had a comp so I'm sure we will figure some things out the hard way.
