Sore Foot

Happy Holidays,and (early) new years!

I've just begun landing loops. After I jump for awhile my right foot starts to cramp really bad, along the ball of my foot.
Is this normal to experience?

I asked a coach and they said it could be im landing flat footed.

My right foot used to get sore after doing loops - for me I think the problem was more the takeoff...but yes, you should takeoff and land with the toe being the last thing to leave the ice and first thing to touch down - otherwise it can get twisted funny.
