warm adult boot covers?

Am searching to help a male adult skater in New England. Does anyone know where to get insulated boot covers for adult male? I've seen, and can't find online, the quilted ones (nylon cover).....Thanks

The best bootcovers I ever saw (and hey, I'm the queen of bootcovers!) were in Switzerland - they were sheepskin! Wonderful.....
