ISU vids

Did a search for this topic, but what I found was already 1+ yr old and most of the ppl did not have them. So, has anyone seen the ISU instructional vids? I am interested in the jump and spin tapes. I am an advanced spinner and decent single jumper. i could use some fine tuning of jumps and new ideas in the spin dept.

I have all tapes for jumps and have shared them with folks at my rink. They have shared spin tapes with me. The only criticism is that they repeat the exercises necessary for each jump, which happen to be the same back & glute exercises. They are worth the $ as they show beginners and advanced (elite) skaters jumps & spins. Good luck. :)

Already looked at that web site. I appreciate your personal comments though. Sounds like there is some repetition, but worth the $.
Any other comments?
