I ordered mine in July, and just called to follow up for the second time (I called about 1 month ago and was told it was "on its way.") Evidently, the printing company shipped the orders this year, and they lost over 1500 orders! I was told that they don't know who didn't get their rule book until the person calls. I guess mine was an order that was lost--they are sending it out this week.

I just wanted to give everyone a heads up... Give USFSA a call at 719.228.3419 if you are still waiting on your rule book...

Wow, thanks for the heads up! I'm an independent member, so the rule book is included in my membership fee. I would not have known to call.
