Getting new skates

Hi!
I am getting new skates at christmas, because my skates are too small for me.i've been skating in them for 1 year but my feet hurt a lot every time i practise,and my coach told me that they are too small for me so i've decided to buy new skates.
I am doing freestyle 4, the nearest shop to my home rink only have sp teri, harlick, and mk, wilson for blades. i don't know what i should get, i need help.

Ask your coach what they would suggest you get. And see if you can get a pair 2nd-hand - sometimes the coaches know who's selling a pair of outgrown but not yet worn out boots. At your level, that would be fine, especially if you're still growing.

Otherwise, try on all the brands your shop has - ask for elementary-to-intermediate level boots - and see which fits best. You will want Wilson Coronation Ace or the MK equivalent (can't remember its name) blades, nothing higher. If the shop is at your rink, perhaps your coach could go in with you to check the fit is okay?

wow all the skates that they have are the really stiff ones so i agree you should see if you can get second hand skates from some one els. And to make sure that your skates fit right and that you have a half size growing room all you have to do is push your foot to the front dont srcnch your toes keeo them flat then bend your knee forwerd and if you have a finger in the back not a tight one but not a lose one then you have a half size groeing room. However there are always the people who are in between and in that case go with the bigger size but rember to put in soles in so you dont slipp around in the boot. If you are slipping around in the boot the it will be hard to skate as well you will get blisters and stuff not good.

If your feet hurt whenever you skate in your current skates, don't wait for Christmas to get new ones. Get them NOW to avoid damaging your feet any further! Your coach and pro shop are the right people to ask about which boots will be best for you. The new ones should be snug like a glove but should not pinch your toes or press in on the widest part of your feet. Instead of getting new ones with growing room, it might be better to find a pair of used boots that are exactly the right size. Perfect fit is very important.

Coronation Ace blades are made by John Wilson blades, which are actually made in Sheffield, England. MK blades are also made in Sheffield, England, and their MK Professional blade is a very good blade for the price. They are very easy to find in the U.S. and I would be surprised if you couldn't find them in England. Maybe look on the Internet? Anyway, good luck! :)

But one of the specialist fitters can get you practically anything, and at least one of them sells Gams from stock.

You might be wise to get them over here if you can, simply because blades are so much cheaper here. Which figures, because they are made here, so have to be imported into the USA!

Whereabouts are you training while you're here?

I am in Blackpool. I can't get new skates here because I don't have enough money.
If i get them in my home country my parents would pay. The shop there
have lots of different blades, but only Harlick and SP Teri boots.
