Sorry, I don't remember who it was, but remember the thread where somebody was asking for an old rulebook, and since I have the one from 2003-2004 on CD, I wanted to put it up for you on the internet, but didn't have the server space that time.
Well, if anyone still wants to take a peak at the (old) rulebook, it's here:

Edited to add: if you have tried to view the rulebook and it didn't work, it's because of hte software glitch when I was uploading it first time. It's fixed now.
