You need a website to host them on. Generally these cost money, or are littered with advertising like Geocities. I offer free web space and email to skaters (see my signature below) - if you would like an account, send me a private message with what you want as a username, and optionally a password (else I will autogenerate one). It also includes a picture gallery, and you can upload whatever you want, i.e. if you want to make your own website about your skating.
