no matter hwat i do. i cant seem to spin the ball of my skate. i know where it is, but i always go up to my toe. i guess its a habit.
how do i push down or even get onto the ball of my skate?

what helps me is thinking you have to be farther back than you know you have to be... if you think get on my heel... then you might get onto the ball of your foot... thats what helps me!

With the scratch spin in particular, I have always leaned a little back to where I don't even feel straight. I've always said it's the price to pay for having boobs!

Think of lifting your toes up inside your boot. That should push your weight back just far enough.
