what are the requirements that you need for the differnt levals? like for pre-alpha it is like stroking and things like that. what are the standards for
FS 1-6 (does that include bronze and stuff like that? )
All levals of bronze,silver,and gold or anything in between.
i am lost right now.

This site (http://sk8stuff.com/m_rules.htm) has tons of info on USFS testing elements, requirements, etc.
I don't know of an online sourced for the Learn to Skate (basic 1-8, FS 1-6, etc) elements.

FS 1: Back edges, half flip, two foot spin, waltz jump, 1 spiral, FI pivot
FS 2: Half lutz, half toe walley, 1 foot spin, dance step, 2 spirals, ballet jump
FS 3: Salchow, toe loop, dance step, change foot spin, 1 back spiral, BI or BO pivot
FS 4: Flip, loop, half loop, dance step, sit spin, 2 back spirals
FS 5: Axel, lutz, dance step, camel, camel/sit, back scratch
FS 6: Double salchow, serpentine dance step, split jump, split falling leaf, cross foot OR layback OR change sit, spin combo
FS 7: Double toe, dance step, 2 walleys, flying camel, combo spin w/ flying spin and 4 position changes, one foot Axel-1/4 flip-Axel, jump in opposite direction (flip, loop, or lutz)
FS 8: Split lutz, double flip, double loop,1-1/4 flip/1-1/4 flip/double Salchow, flying sit, circular dance step, illusion or camel-jump-camel
FS 9: Double axel OR backwards axel, double lutz, axel/double loop, rocker or counter jump-double toeloop-double loop, flying camel or jump sit, arabesque/Bauer/spread eagle sequence in a serpentine pattern
FS 10: Your own created dance step, triple edge jump, double axel/double toe, death drop, 4 alternating direction Axels or triple toe assisted jump, ouble jump in both directions or triple toe assisted Jump-double Loop, 3 Arabian cartwheels or butterfly jumps
