Remolding Heat Moldable Boots

I read a very good set of instructions for doing this somewhere. I think it was here, but have done several searches and could not find it. I'm selling a pair of heat moldable Jacksons for a friend and would like to be able to give the instructions to the buyer. Can anyone help me out?

my Graf skates were heat moulded 3 times because of changes in my feet. You can remould them if you want

I took them to the place I bought them. However a hair dryer works for small spots.

I was told you put them in a fan-assisted oven at a very low heat for 20 minutes. I did my husband's in our gas oven on "warm" and they were fine.
