Can anyone give me an idea on what elements were included in the programs of the top placements from the last couple of years of Adult Nationals? Thanks!

I have a friend who won medals in Silver Men II the last few years and also won in the interpretive events. Don't know all the elements in his programs, but his best moves have been an axel, camel-sit, lutz-loop, and an awesome spread eagle.
