Program Photo for AN2004

Has anyone else besides me had trouble submitting a photo online for the program at Adult Nats. 2004? I mean, my photo gets to the other side okay, but the guy at the other end says, "This photo is only 72 dpi. Please resubmit it as 5x7, 300 dpi." Unfortunately, none of the programs I've got on my PC can seem to fix this problem. I asked the guy on the other end if he could adjust it for the program, and he said no, we're in no position to "fix" photos. :roll:

Can anybody recommend a good PC program to "fix" it?

You'd need something like Adobe Photoshop to do that. You may be better off just sending a photo through the mail. Do you have that option?

You need to scan that photo at a higher resolution. You should have some sort of option about image quality in your scanner software. Once you scan it at a low resolution like that, there is no fixing it really. If you used a digital camera, adjust the resolution on the camera and reshoot it.
