Okay, here are the details:

lfi3.wmv = LFI three turn
lfoctr.wmv = LFO counter
lfoctr2.wmv = LFO counter #2 (not good, dropped L shoulder)
lfomo.wmv = LFO mohawk (in Foxtrot)
novmif.wmv = end pattern of Novice MITF quick RBI 3 to LFI 3 turn
rbocho.wmv = RBO choctaw, foot in front after turn (choctaw from Junior MITF - would step onto RBO again)
rbocho2.wmv = RBO choctaw, foot in back after turn
rfi3.wmv = RFI three turn
rficmo.wmv = RFI closed mohawk (heel to instep)
rfictr.wmv = RFI counter
rfomo.wmv = RFO mohawk (in Tango)

Questions, comments? :-) I still have to do brackets and double 3s. I can do rockers but they aren't great.

These videos are very helpful to me. Thank you for making/posting them.

Watching the 3s, it looks almost like you are jumping them... your whole blade leaving the ice for a fraction of a second. Is that right and is that how one is supposed to do them? I've just started learning these and I tend to jump them the only times they work, and it feels like cheating...

I think it's probably the video quality - I definitely did not jump those 3-turns. :-) I will try for a better video later. Jumping turns is not correct technique.

Very cool, Jocelyn. 8-)

I like being able to replay them over & over to pick up on the technique.

Thanks!!!
