Help-these things are driving me nuts. Does anyone have any suggestions for these things? I can't seem to get the hang of them, particularly the forward ones. I can't get a decent push when I'm switching feet. The backwards ones are a little easier for some reason, though I tend to lose most of my speed by the end of the pattern. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks

That's my favorite move! You have to push from the O edge, so when F, that means you are going to be just a bit pigeon toed for that push. Then stretch your foot out and bring it out and back (almost around) for a nice extension. It's really the same as the under push on F crossovers, so just working on that can help also. Cross the axis at a right angle on each stroke. Deep knee bend will help you hold a good edge. Here's an exercise to help: on a line, do three cross strokes, holding the third one to make a whole circle back to the line, then continue with three more, circling on the other foot on stroke 3.
